Special Foods Entry Information

Special Foods Contests are a perfect way for chefs and bakers to showcase their culinary skills on a big stage at the Carolina Classic Fair! Themed challenges and unique ingredients push exhibitors to use their creativity to the fullest and put their best dish forward. Open to youth and adults, these competitions are a fan favorite and a delicious way to get involved at the Fair!

Entries can be submitted online using FairEntry. Exhibitors can also mail in submission forms. The FairEntry site and paper entry forms will be available July 1, 2026.  All entries must be submitted or postmarked by September 1, 2026, to compete. There are no entry fees for special foods contests.
